What does my Irish Ferries ferry crossing price include?
Your quote is for all passengers in your vehicle including the driver.
Is a cabin included?
Accommodation is compulsory on board the sailings from France to Ireland. On these sailings, a reserved seat is included as part of your quote. On any crossings, should you wish to add or upgrade to one of the cabins you can select from the different options as you make your booking.
Are meals included?
No. However, all Irish Ferries ships have a good variety of bars, brasseries and cafés to choose from. On services between Ireland and France, waiter-service restaurants are also available.
Can I travel with my pet with Irish Ferries?
You can travel with your pet between Britain and Ireland. For travel between Ireland and France your pet must have a Pet Passport. Simply select your route and add the number of cats or dogs you are sailing with. See our travelling with your pet information page for further details.
What's available for the Kids?
On the Britain to Ireland services there is an amusement arcade in the gaming area. Free Wifi is also available on board and ideal for kids wanting to play on a tablet or laptop computer. On the longer sailings between Ireland and France, there's 'The Happy Prince Play Area' where the younger ones can enjoy films, games or just playing amongst friends.

Irish Ferries - Pet Booking Information

Note, that to travel with your pet abroad, you will require a pet passport. Please see our guide to travelling with your pet.

You can take your pet on your Irish Ferries crossing and the booking can be made online. Select the route you want and then select the number of pets you are travelling with.

On sailings across the Irish Sea, your pet must either remain in your car or travel in one of the kennels provided by Irish Ferries for the duration on the voyage. Kennels can be booked in advance and are free of charge. Pets are not allowed on the passenger decks at any time.

On the crossings to Roscoff and Cherbourg, passengers travelling with pets must check in at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Pets are required to travel in the on board kennels and cannot remain in your car or go on the passenger decks.
