Getting to Troon Ferry Port

By Car

From the North follow the A78 from Irvine (A78) or Glasgow (A71/M77) then follow the signs to Troon Ferry Port. From the South follow the A77 from Ayr & Stranraer then follow the signs to the Ferry Port.

By Train

Troon train station is located approx a mile away from the ferry port and terminal. This is around a 25 minute walk. Should you prefer to take a taxi, they are usually available outside the train station.

By Bus

National Express operate a coach service to Ayr (9 miles away) but no services to Troon ferry port. A local bus service operates to Troon centre but you will need a taxi to take you to the ferry port.
