When booking a ferry crossing with AnyFerry.com, if you find it cheaper online on the same day as booking on a like for like basis, we will refund you the difference, plus £5.
How to claim
Found the same crossing cheaper?

- To be able to claim, you must have a confirmed booking reference from AnyFerry.com.
- Because the ferry operators change prices regularly, you must notify us about the price match by email on the same day of booking.
- We must be able to verify the cost online search on the competitor’s website without the need to login or have an account with them, and the booking must be live and available.
- The ferry crossing must be the same operator, time, departure and arrival port, as well as the same extra facilities (e.g. cabin, meals, coach transfers etc) – in short it must be an identical booking.
- The claim must be submitted by the lead passenger, and be from the email address used for the booking. You should notify us of the website address, the URL of the search, screenshots of the price (if possible) and the date and time of the price you found.
- We must be able to verify the price online, screenshots alone will not be accepted as proof of price.
- The price match cannot be part of a sale, exclusive deal or a special discounted price. The general public must be able to obtain the same price without being a member or part of a loyalty scheme.
- Unfortunately, we cannot price match bookings that depart within 14 days from booking time due to regular price changes at short notice.
- We will not price match against bookings from cashback or incentive web sites.
- You must have taken reasonable care to book on our site at the best available price.
- Only one price match per customer will be considered.
If the price you have found abides by all of the above, simply email us pricematch@anyferry.co.uk from the lead passenger’s email account and remember to include your booking reference and all the details above.
Please remember the general public must be able to retrieve the same quote from the other company otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your claim. We will notify you within 7 days with the result of your claim.
