LeThe Pont-Aven is our luxurious £100m flagship ferry, launched in March 2004, setting new standards in passenger ferry travel.
Cruising on the Pont-Aven is like taking a holiday in itself, and it has dramatically improved sailing times to Spain and France. Crossing time from Plymouth to Santander is 20½ hours while Portsmouth to Santander is 24 hours and sailing times between Plymouth, Roscoff and Cork have also been reduced.

The Pont-Aven is Brittany Ferries £100m flagship ferry, launched in March 2004. Operating between the UK and France and Spain, it is a luxurious cruise ferry that sets new standards in ferry travel.The ferry has reduced sailing times to Spain and France - Plymouth to Santander is just 20.5 hours, Portsmouth to Santander is 24 hours, and journey times to Roscoff have also been reduced.

Facilities onboard the mv Pont Aven include a swimming pool, leisure area, promenade deck, five deck high atrium with panoramic views from the lifts, and excellent standard of accommodation.

Pont-Aven’s facilities are the best of any ferry sailing to Spain. Facilities include a pool and leisure area with a glass roof perfect for chilling out on your journey. The wrap around promenade deck makes for a pleasant stroll before dinner in one of the several restaurant choices. The dramatic five deck high atrium with panoramic views from the lifts is more like those found on a cruise ship.

The Pont-Aven boasts superb quality accommodation in its 650 cabins. All are air conditioned with temperature controls, have en-suite bathrooms, seating and a radio.

All cabins (with the exception of standard class) have a flat screen TV while the most luxurious Commodore and Deluxe class cabins also have DVD players. The top of the range Commodore cabins even have their own private balconies, perfect for relaxing during the crossing.
