This summer, the Isle of Man is offering a wide range of superb summer activities to keep the family entertained while the weather is warm. Motorsport enthusiasts may be excited by the proposition of the F2 Manx Open Championship, held on the 26th and 29th of this month. Local drivers from the Isle of Man will be racing against fully licenced UK F2 drivers, in what is sure to be an exciting and unique break for all the family.
Furthermore, on the 28th July, a cruise circling round the entire island can be booked through the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company. Promising to be an excellent opportunity for an affordable cruise this summer, the ferry departs at 7pm, allowing visitors to view the island in the gentle evening light, while enjoying the sunset. A tour is also lined up for late September, where visitors may be able to indulge in the island’s Food and Drink festival, held on the weekend of the 25th of September.
