The Hook of Holland (or Hoek van Holland in Dutch) is a small town in southern Holland. Its ferry port serves the route to and from Harwich, located directly opposite on the English coast.

From the direction of Rotterdam, follow the A20/N20. From Den Haag follow E19/E30. When you have arrived in Hook of Holland, follow the signs for 'Ferry to Harwich'.

By Taxi

If you'd like to take a taxi from the port, go to the information desk in the terminal where they will be happy to book for one for you.

By Train

The 'Hoek Van Holland Haven' is the nearest train station and is located next to the port. Local train services from Rotterdam and The Hague arrive here daily.

By Bus

Café/ Bar

A cafeteria is located inside the terminal building and is open for day sailing departures. There are also vending machines selling hot drinks and confectionery.

Disabled Facilities

Disable toilets are available at the ferry port terminal. Disabled assistance is also available should you require it. Please advise at the time of booking of any special requirements for your journey.

Parking at Hook of Holland Ferry Port

Long and short term parking is available next to the terminal building. Payment can be made at the pay stations by credit card. The first 30 minutes (of short stay parking) are free. 30mins - 1hr: 1€. Long stay parking is 7.50€ for 1 day, 15€ for 2 days and 5€ per day thereafter.
