Bilbao ferry port, is located 21 kilometres from the city of Bilbao in the Pais Vasco region of Spain. There are arrivals from Portsmouth up to 3 times a week on a service operated by Brittany Ferries.

Getting to Bilbao Ferry Port
To reach the Port of Bilbao, take exit 130 signposted Portua on the A8/E70 motorway between Bilbao and Santander and then follow yellow signs for Ferry.
A taxi from from the port to Santurtzi is approximately 10€. From there a metro service is available to reach Bilbao city centre.
Bilbao train station has direct national rail links with most major Spanish cities as well as the whole of the Iberian Peninsula. The station is located at Plaza Circular 2. Two daily trains operate to and from Madrid with a journey time of six hours for the afternoon train or seven if you opt for the overnight service.
Bilbao Ferry Port Facilities
There is a snack bar for sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and snacks. The nearest restaurants can be found in the small fishing port of Zierbena, approximately 1km from the terminal.
Single storey terminal building is easily accessed by wheelchair users and is close to the car lanes. Disabled toilets can be found inside the terminal building but please be aware that there aren't any in the car lanes.
There is no tourist information at the port. However, complimentary WiFi is available in the terminal, bar and in the car lanes should you wish to search for information online. Please ask at the terminal building for more information.
Parking at Bilbao Ferry Port
The port offers unsupervised parking with designated disabled parking areas. Parking for camper vans, caravans and cars is available overnight in the terminal car park.
